Originally hailing from the beautiful St. Vincent and the Grenadines, I am proud of my Garifuna heritage, which influences my unique approach to caring for expecting parents/persons. Upon moving to the USA, I became acutely aware that not everyone has access to such an incredible support system. It was then that I knew I wanted to be the village that new families need. Embracing the roles of a birth and postpartum doula and a newborn care specialist, I am devoted to providing the compassionate care and guidance that every family deserves during these transformative moments.

I remember what it was like for me as a young mom in the Caribbean. I was supported by so many in my community. People would stop by to bring me meals, do laundry, tidy the house, show me how to care for baby, even take care of baby so I could rest. I felt loved, nurtured, and rested and was able to step into the role of parent confidently and almost effortlessly.
When I migrated to the USA I recognized that not everyone has this depth of support. I set out to become the village that new families need as a birth and postpartum doula and newborn care specialist.
