24 hours of in-home postpartum doula support for that first day home from the hospital. This package is ideal for persons who don't have ready support.
It is great for birthing persons and partner to get well needed rest after hours/days of labor & setting up feeding/lactation.

5 full days of postpartum support to help family adjust to having new baby at home. Birthing parent, partner and/or siblings, get a chance to rest and recover. We also work on setting up feeding/lactation and general newborn one on one care and meal prep for family.

40 hours of postpartum doula support that can be used however your new families needs - nights, days, or a blend of both.

Enjoy a blend of Garifuna, Caribbean, Ayurveda and western postpartum meals, all following perinatal nutrition guidelines.
